Onsite Medical Support Packages
RMC understands what is required to provide onsite medical services in remote and austere environments.
We supply appropriately qualified Paramedics, Nurses and Doctors that are experienced in the rigors of
remote medical work. RMC provides telemedicine services that link our site Medics to our designated base medical practitioner.
Amongst other qualities, RMC medical staff is able to:
- set up and commission medical centers/clinics from the design phase through to being fully operational
- administer advanced life support medications
- perform alcohol and drug screening in line with our clients drug and alcohol policy
- ensure appropriate record keeping in line with our clients reporting requirements as well as poisons permit stipulations
- lead and assist with onsite first aid training
- ensure efficient emergency site evacuations by liaising with support services such as the RFDS and designated support physicians.
- lead and assist in the planning of medical emergency response plans that functions in conjunction and symbiosis
with our clients selected air evacuation and other support services
- provide occupation health and safety related advice including but not limited to site hygiene audits, health and
wellness programs as well as other preventative health measures
Staff Recruitment
If your project simply needs competent and resourceful staff, RMCS can assist in recruiting such individuals by providing
prospective clients with a choice of candidates that has already passed our rigorous selection criteria as defined by
industry specific experience acquired in remote locations.
Medical Logistics Procurement
Based on past experience, RMC can source appropriate and targeted pharmaceutical supplies in addition to advanced life support
equipment and other medical consumable items to cover the project.
